CabinKraft ships to the United States and Canada. Here's what to expect.
Where We Ship
- All 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
- All Canadian provinces and territories
- U.S. territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands (longer transit times)
- We do not currently ship outside the U.S. and Canada
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service.
Free standard shipping on U.S. and Canada orders over $35 (USD). Below the threshold, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Canada)
Canadian customers may be subject to import duties, GST/HST/PST, or brokerage fees collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates. They depend on the value of your order and the destination province.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Tracking shows delivered, but you don't have it: Check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us — we'll help file a carrier claim.
- Package is delayed: Carrier delays do happen. We'll work with you to resolve significant delays (typically >14 days past the estimate).
- Stolen packages: We recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders. CabinKraft is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address on file.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment at additional cost.
