Shipping

Where do you ship?
All 50 U.S. states and all Canadian provinces. We don't currently ship outside the U.S. and Canada.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped: 3–7 business days for the contiguous U.S., 5–10 days for Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. and Canada orders over $35 (USD). Below the threshold, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, items unused and in original packaging. Full details in our Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email support@mycabinkraft.com within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost.

Can I cancel my order?
We process orders fast — usually within a few hours. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best. Once shipped, please follow the return process.

Products

Will this fit my car?
Most of our products are designed to be universal-fit. Each product page describes specific compatibility (e.g., phone mounts list supported phone sizes, water-care products list compatible surfaces). If you're unsure, email us.

Are your products covered by warranty?
Where the original manufacturer provides a warranty, it applies. We also stand behind every product for 30 days against defects — see our Refund Policy.

Which phone mount should I choose?
Choose a suction cup phone mount if you want flexible dashboard or windshield placement. Choose a magnetic phone mount if you want faster one-hand placement and a cleaner low-profile setup. Read our guide: Suction Cup vs. Magnetic Phone Mounts.

How do I remove water spots safely?
Wash loose dirt first, work on a cool shaded surface, apply remover in small sections, and dry with a clean microfiber towel. Read our guide: How to Remove Water Spots From Paint, Glass, and Wheels.

Do I need a full pressure washer for driveway car washing?
Not always. A hose spray gun is enough for many maintenance washes. A compact cordless pressure washer is useful when you want focused rinsing for wheels, mats, lower panels, and outdoor gear. Read our guide: A Simple Weekend Car Wash Kit.

Where should I start if I am new to car care?

Yes. Each guide points to the relevant CabinKraft product or collection so you can move from advice to the tool without guessing.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout.

Are prices in USD or CAD?
Prices are in U.S. dollars by default. Canadian customers can switch the currency to CAD at the top of any page (where supported).
